Meetings
The Oversight Board meets at least four times each year, usually at CA House, Edinburgh.
Quorum
As set out in ICAS’ General Regulations, three members of the Oversight Board being present at a meeting, constitutes a quorum.
Records of meetings
Each meeting of the Oversight Board is formally minuted, and the minutes are tabled for approval at the following meeting and then shared with Council for noting.
