To help small and medium business, we have produced a free, easy-to-use toolkit which gives suggestions on how to approach implementing EDI into your business. The toolkit also includes an inclusive language guide, as well as links to free ICAS webinars, podcasts and articles which can help you and your teams better understand EDI.
We place EDI at the heart of what we and we’re committed to further increasing the diversity of our membership and organisation. As part of our journey, we have committed to publishing the EDI demographic of our Council and Boards, which includes Members Board, Qualifications Board, Regulation Board, Policy Leadership Board, Ethics Board, Members in Practice Advisory Board and the EDI Committee, every two years.
