Please view their profiles below:

Nicki Eastlake-Bent, Guernsey

294462:v3After completing a degree in Biochemistry with Psychology and spending 4 years working in the Police Force, where Nicky was working as a Detective in CID when she left, Nicky found herself in the Tax team at EY Guernsey training to be an accountant with ICAS. During her CA training programme, the ITP was introduced and so Nicky also studied and completed these exams meaning at the end of the 3 years she was dual qualified as a CA and ITP. During her time at EY Nicky worked in a variety of taxes from trusts, personal and corporate in mostly a compliance capacity although moving towards advisory. After 4 years at EY Nicky left to work as an International Tax Manager for Specsavers where she is still working now. Working in industry has given Nicky a unique perspective on tax and in her current role she gets to work across a broad range of taxes in multiple jurisdictions, from customs duty in Australia to VAT reporting in the Nordics, and really relishes that no two days are ever the same.

Debbie Reeve, Jersey

294731:v3 Debbie attended the University of Exeter, where she was awarded a combined History and Law Bachelor of Arts degree. In 2011, Debbie joined EY Jersey’s assurance department, and went on to be admitted to membership in 2014. During her time at EY, Debbie focused on the Wealth and Asset Management sector within Financial Services. Debbie has recently joined the Corporate Services team within Aztec Financial Services (Jersey) Limited, after five and a half years in practice. As well as being part of the Jersey ICAS community committee, she is currently the honorary auditor for the Scottish Society of Jersey. Outside of work, Debbie dances competitively and is an enthusiastic chef.
