The CA Summit 2021: Inspire chapter speaker list

Stuart Brodie is Director at Markel Tax and has more than 20 years of professional experience. Stuart is also a Chartered Tax Adviser, specialising in VAT.
Charlotte Myers is Global Head of Technical Training at Markel International. She is a recognised expert in leading change and evolution in the talent arena having been a founding member of both Inclusion@Lloyd’s and the globally recognised Dive In Festival.
Annie Graham CA is UK&I Audit Partner and Head of Audit Scotland at EY. Annie was part of Sir Donald Brydon’s review committee considering how the audit process and product could be developed to better serve the needs of users and the wider public interest. She is also on the ICAS Council and has recently been appointed as Chair to the ICAS Constitutional Panel.
Past ICAS President Catherine Burnet CA is Head of Audit for KPMG in the UK, where she leads a team of 6,000 auditors serving companies from large listed corporates to family-owned businesses and across the full spectrum of sectors. Prior to this, she was Regional Chair for KPMG in Scotland and Edinburgh Office Senior Partner.

Gabriella Somerville
Gabriella, founder of ConnectJets Ltd, has over 25 years’ experience in commercial and business aviation.
In 2014, Gabriella was selected as mentor for Sir Richard Branson’s new Entrepreneurial Programme, Virgin Start Up, a not for profit Virgin Company for entrepreneurs.
Charity work is close to her heart and ConnectJets has raised over £150,000 for the Children’s Hospice and Military Charities. RAF Odiham and Help for Heroes are key beneficiaries.
