The Grow chapter of this year's CA Summit will help attendees in supporting the development and progress of people and businesses through an unprecedented variety of stories, ideas and insights.

The Grow chapter will take place on day two of the Summit -  6 October from 1-3 pm. Below you will find information on our speakers for the day including session times and a synopsis of what they will cover during their session.


Vivienne Artz OBE

Vivienne is an Advisory Board Member, and former President, of Women in Banking and Finance

Vivienne was awarded an OBE in the Queen’s New Year’s Honours in 2021 for services to financial services and gender diversity.

Vivienne will be examining the importance of personal data and if we need to redefine what it means in the digital world.


Gin LalliGin Lalli

A Solution Focused Psychotherapist, Gin Lalli helps people to regain control of their lives by explaining the science behind how the brain functions and by employing the latest evidence-based techniques of positive psychology and mindfulness.

Julian SaipeJulian Saipe

Alex StrangAlex Strang

Moment Company Co-founder and Mental Fitness Coach Alex Strang uses his own personal experiences with mental well-being to help others take steps towards managing their mental state and maintaing their own emotional wellbeing.

Michael G. Jacobides holds the Sir Donald Gordon Chair of Entrepreneurship & Innovation at London Business School, where he is Professor of Strategy.

Selected as one of the top 50 Management Thinkers worldwide, he is an Academic Advisor to BCG, Visiting Scholar at the New York Fed and Cambridge.
