A Solution Focused Psychotherapist, Gin Lalli helps people to regain control of their lives by explaining the science behind how the brain functions and by employing the latest evidence-based techniques of positive psychology and mindfulness.

A former entrepreneur and business leader, and now executive coach, Julian Saipe’s work encompasses leadership coaching and executive education, with the aim of bringing new consciousness to human performance.

During Julian's session, he will share his insights on how to inspire and influence people and what business leaders can learn from coaches.
Moment Company Co-founder and Mental Fitness Coach Alex Strang uses his own personal experiences with mental well-being to help others take steps towards managing their mental state and maintaing their own emotional wellbeing.
