How we can help you attract and recruit the brightest talent

Image of business woman smiling looking straight at the camera

The ICAS programme of free online advertising, targeted events and promotions will help your organisation recruit, develop and retain the best and brightest talent.

At ICAS, we don’t just train world-class business professionals – we help you find them.

Become an Authorised Training Office (ATO) – an employer authorised by ICAS in conjunction with training CAs – and your organisation will benefit from our dedicated support and recruitment resources.

Free online advertising

Our dedicated job site, becomeaca.org.uk, provides the opportunity to advertise your CA training vacancies in conjunction with our world-class qualification – free of charge.

The website is actively advertised and promoted and receives a high volume of traffic from relevant school-leaver and graduate audiences.

ICAS promotional brochures

We distribute digital content and brochures at schools, universities, and recruitment events across the UK, promoting the CA qualification and the opportunities available to train to become a CA.

These brochures also feature profiles and case studies of employers recruiting for CA trainees. As such, they provide a fantastic opportunity to reach an engaged and relevant target audience, and they allow you to showcase your organisation and its vacancies in conjunction with our prestigious qualification.

Targeted recruitment and promotional events

We are actively engaged with schools and colleges across the UK, and through our close links with the UK’s top 50 universities, we can help you target the right audience and find the right recruits.

Through our recruitment events, joint skill sessions and company presentations, we can aid your efforts to increase brand awareness, on and off campus, to showcase your organisation and engage with potential students.

ICAS Careers Fair

We also organise a virtual career fair, a great way to boost awareness of your brand amongst prospective CA students.

Our fair is a great opportunity to speak directly to the best talent, to tell them more about your organisation and to promote your vacancies.
