Become a CA Events & Webinars
ICAS normally holds several free-to-attend Become a CA recruitment events each year, to which students from all degree disciplines are invited.
Due to ongoing restrictions related to the coronavirus pandemic, our full programme of events for 2020/21 is yet to be confirmed. However, we do have several online events planned:
ICAS Become a CA Careers Fair - 23 February, 2 - 6pm
ICAS will be hosting its own virtual Become a CA Careers Fair. This virtual event will begin with a brief overview of ICAS and our Chartered Accountancy traineeship programme, followed by an opportunity to chat to our partner employers, who will be able to give you more information on their traineeship offering, and what is involved.
ICAS Career Conversations webinar (II) - Wednesday 20 January, 12 - 1pm
Are you considering a career as a Chartered Accountant and want to learn more about the qualification and the doors it could open for you? Are you an ICAS Student looking ahead to your first steps as a CA? Or are you in your first few years post-qualification and considering how to progress?
If you are, then this webinar will help answer some of the questions you may have about a career as a CA. Chaired by ICAS Deputy President Bruce Pritchard CA, this will be your chance to hear from three CAs about their own career journeys so far, and what makes them proud to be a CA.
ICAS Career Conversations webinar (I) - Wednesday 30 September, 12 - 1pm
Chaired by ICAS Deputy President Bruce Pritchard CA, this webinar gave you the chance to hear from three CAs who have all recently taken giant strides on their own successful CA careers. They provide insights, knowledge and practical suggestions for the aspiring CA or those who are just starting out on their CA journey.
Further details will be published here as and when they become available, but if you’d like to be kept further informed please get in touch with us at email@example.com.
