Twelve Days A'counting Competition Terms and Conditions

Twelve Days A'counting Competition Terms and Conditions

1.         Prize

  1. The prize the winner of the Twelve Days A’counting will receive will be one pair of Apple AirPods, with wireless charging case.
  2. No purchase necessary.
  3. The prize is offered as stated and is non-exchangeable or transferable. No cash alternatives will be provided.

2.         Eligibility

  1. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
  2. The prize draw is not open to ICAS employees or their family members.

3. Method of entry

  1. To enter the competition, the individual must post their answer as a comment under a Twelve Days A’counting post on the ‘ICAS - Become a CA’ Facebook page.
  2. Each correct answer posted by an individual will be accepted as a single entry into the competition i.e. an individual who posts one correct answer under each Twelve Days A’counting post will be entered into the prize draw 12 times.
  3. By commenting under a Twelve Days A’counting post, the individual is entering into this competition and indicates his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

4.         Data use

  1. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry.
  2. Those who comment below any Twelve Days A’counting post with an answer are agreeing for ICAS to use their answer as part of the Twelve Days A’counting competition.
  3. If a person does not wish to participate in the competition but wishes to put forward an answer, an additional clause needs to be added to the comment stating clearly that the person does not wish to enter the competition.

5.         Judging & announcement

  1. The competition opens at 10:00am GMT on Tuesday 1 December 2020 and closes at 11:59pm GMT on Saturday 12 December 2020.
  2. The winner will be selected at random from the individuals who have commented with at least one correct answer on the Twelve Days A’counting posts during the competition period. Their names will be collated and drawn at random.
  3. The winner will be notified by Facebook direct mail within 7 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 3 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  4. We will arrange directly with the winner as to when and where the prize can be collected/delivered.
  5. The decision of ICAS is final and no further correspondence will be entered into.
