The Learn chapter will take place on day one of the Summit - 5 October from 1-3 pm. Below you will find information on our speakers for the day including session times and a synopsis of what they will cover during their session.
Dame Inga Beale
Former CEO to Lloyd’s of London, Dame Inga Beale is a British businesswoman with over three decades of experience in the financial services sector.

During her session, Dame Inga will share the story of how she brought cultural and technological transformation to of Lloyd’s of London, a centuries-old institution.
Andy Woodfield is the PwC Global Client Partner for the Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO). He focuses on large-scale multi-year international programmes on leadership coaching, organisation development and client, customer and citizen-led transformation and specialises in helping people grow to reach their true potential in both personal and professional contexts.

Join Andy's session to hear him discuss how experience-led businesses are going to outperform product-led businesses in the future.
Afdhel Aziz is one of the most respected voices in the global movement of business as a force for good. He is now the Co-Founder and Chief Purpose Officer of Conspiracy of Love, a global brand purpose consultancy with Fortune 500 clients like Adidas, Oreo, Red Bull, Microsoft and more.

During Afdhel's session, he will make the business case for doing good by broadening the definition of value from purely financial returns to purpose-based returns and explaining how financial professionals are well placed to drive change.
Becky Woodhouse CA
Founder and CEO of PURE Spa & Beauty, Becky Woodhouse CA featured on the Maserati Top 100 Entrepreneurs 2019 list.

Becky will be interviewed by ICAS Deputy President Indy Hothi CA on her Insights as a CEO on the impact of Covid and Brexit have had on her role and her outlook for 2022.
Executive Vice President, Enterprise Partnerships, Asia Pacific, Mastercard, Julienne Loh is a business leader with over 25 years of experience across payment products, sales and marketing in Asia Pacific.

Julienne will be examining the future of work and what the ever-changing landscape means for the way we work and live, and more importantly, how we rise above the change.
Alastair Campbell is a writer, communicator, strategist and mental health campaigner who is involved with mental health charities and causes, speaking about his own experience of depression, psychosis and addiction.
