Insolvency Practitioner application form

Insolvency Licence applications for 2018 are due by 30 November 2017

How to apply for your licence:

  1. Download and complete the application form
  2. Upload your completed applications form below
  3. Pay your licence fee

Please note that the Authorisation Committee may impose restrictions on the licences of practitioners who fail to apply for the licences by the requested date.

Retiring Practitioners

If you intend to retire as an Insolvency Practitioner at the end of 2017 please complete the application form and contact insolvencymonitoring@icas.com.

If you are unable to confirm that your cases will be complete by 31 December 2017 then your current licence may be extended at the discretion of the Committee to 31 March 2018. Should your cases not be completed by 31 March 2018, a new licence for 2018 will be required at the notified annual fee rates.

Payment of your insolvency licence fee and Affiliate fee (if applicable) can be made via BACS payment:
