A fresh approach
The ICAS website is getting a new look as part of our strategy to better advise and connect our members, writes Sarah Speirs.
This is an important time of change for ICAS and our members, as we actively transform the way we operate and grow. As part of this journey, we’re making improvements to ICAS.com and launching new digital services, to make it easier to find the content and support that you need, and to help you grow your CA network.
We’ve been listening to our members and students and using their feedback and insights to shape our new strategy. As part of this process, we’ve been busy refining and reinforcing the ICAS brand, creating a new visual identity as we innovate for the future. And whilst our brand refresh will have an important impact, our changes go beyond the surface level.
Form and function
We’ve been hard at work behind the scenes, refining the structure and layout of ICAS.com and creating more relevant online services and content. These changes will make the site more user-friendly and accessible, so students interested in becoming a CA can quickly get started, and members can find all they need within easy reach.
We’re also launching a mobile app, which will deliver a truly personalised digital experience tailored to every user and should become a key resource in our aims to meet the learning and professional development needs of all our members.
Advise and connect
Providing members with advice, and connecting them to a supportive network in the moments that matter, isn’t a new concept for ICAS.
But we’re refining our approach to connecting members and providing them with the help to succeed, embracing new technology and designing tools that will fully link CAs into our powerful network of business leaders and professionals.
As part of this vision, we’re creating an innovative online community platform that will provide new opportunities for members to locate peers with similar interests, reach out to mentors, find guidance and advice, and form special-interest groups.
These changes are just the beginning, and, our current efforts won’t end here. Our website refresh is part of a rolling programme of improvements that aim to keep ICAS and our members at the forefront in an ever-evolving business environment.
