Prior to joining Google, Rukasana has led on diversity projects for EY and Queen Mary University London as well as providing DEI consulting for many public and private sector organisations.

The topic of EDI has been brought into sharp focus recently as companies are increasingly being held accountable on their approach to inclusion, and the culture they have built within their organisation.

From a purely business perspective, research by McKinsey continues to show that companies with a more diverse makeup will most likely outperform their less diverse competitors when it comes to the bottom line.
