Specialist qualifications and programmes

Our selection of specialist qualifications and programmes are curated to help give you the edge over the competition and take your career to the next level.

Sometimes when seriously seeking to progress your career you’re required to head in a certain direction, to acquire qualification in a specific technical area or to develop a very exact set of professional skills – which is where our range of specialist qualifications and programmes comes in.

Here you’ll find the qualifications you need to become a licensed insolvency practitioner, tuition to boost your expertise in areas such as international tax, a range of top-level business and finance programmes, alongside coaching to develop your leadership skills.

Insolvency qualification training programme

The Joint Insolvency Examination Board (JIEB) examinations are a set of professional exams for those who want to become a licensed insolvency practitioner.

Recognised both inside and outside insolvency, JIEB is your opportunity to lay the foundations for a career in one of the UK's most rewarding professions.

The JIEB exams are held once a year, usually in November. They are comprised of two computer-based papers:

  • Corporate insolvency
  • Personal insolvency

Training courses to prepare for sitting the JIEB exam are provided by third party training providers, which include BPP Professional Development (England and Wales JIEB papers) and Insolvency Support Services (Scotland JIEB papers).  For more information on these training programmes, click the button below.
