Returnship programmes

Returnship programmes are a great entry point for CAs returning to work after a career break.
Returnship programmes provide an opportunity for experienced professionals who have taken an extended career break to get back into senior corporate roles. A returnship is a paid short-term employment contract, with the possibility of a permanent role at the end of the programme.
A returnship programme typically lasts for 3-6 months, where participants take on work based on their skills, interests and prior experience. The programmes offer support like buddying schemes, training, coaching or mentorships to ease the transition back into work.
