5 December 2022

Discover more about Finance + Leadership, the theme throughout December and January as part of ICAS’ insight series.

Throughout the months of December 2022 and January 2023, we will be bringing you thought leadership, insight and practical guidance around the theme of leadership, and exploring its impact on our profession today and in the future.

Finance + Leadership – what to expect

The reimagining of workplaces and management strategies is set to continue as we move into the new year. As a result, leaders will need to equip themselves with the necessary knowledge and skills to navigate their organisations through the days and months ahead.

During December and into January, the ICAS Finance+ insight series will explore what leadership will look like in 2023, providing insight from thought leaders and experts into how leaders can respond to the challenges and opportunities presented.

To be prepared and future-proofed in an ever-changing world, leaders must acknowledge the importance and value of learning and development. ICAS will signpost useful resources to facilitate CPD for both existing and aspiring leaders, and spotlight our Leadership and Personal Development courses offering, delivered in partnership with BPP.

ICAS will also examine the importance of representation within leadership roles. Following his interview in the October edition of CA magazine, we will be joined by Lord Simon Woolley for an insightful discussion with ICAS President, Indy Singh Hothi CA, on Thursday 19 January. During this online webinar, Lord Woolley will draw on his impactful career to reveal how he empowers others and addresses inclusivity through his own leadership roles. Registration for this event will open shortly via the ICAS events page.
