She became a CA in 2001 and has over twenty-five years of experience advising businesses, most of that time dealing with businesses facing some form of financial difficulty.

• Eilidh MacEwanDirector and Solicitor Advocate, Anderson StrathernEilidh is a member of Anderson Strathern's Commercial Litigation team and has over ten years’ experience of dealing with commercial litigation, insolvency and debt recovery matters. Eilidh also has considerable experience in public sector litigation and proceeds of crime matters. She frequently represents clients at procedural and substantive hearings in Sheriff Courts throughout Scotland as well as instructing counsel in the Court of Session.
