Event speakers
Shona Campbell CAChair, Henderson LoggieShona has been Chair of Henderson Loggie since January 2024 and Head of the Business Recovery and Insolvency team since 2018. She became a CA in 2001 and has over twenty-five years of experience advising businesses, most of that time dealing with businesses facing some form of financial difficulty.
Eilidh MacEwanDirector and Solicitor Advocate, Anderson StrathernEilidh is a member of Anderson Strathern's Commercial Litigation team and has over ten years’ experience of dealing with commercial litigation, insolvency and debt recovery matters. Eilidh also has considerable experience in public sector litigation and proceeds of crime matters. She frequently represents clients at procedural and substantive hearings in Sheriff Courts throughout Scotland as well as instructing counsel in the Court of Session.
Stuart ClubbPartner, ShoosmithsStuart Clubb is a Partner and Solicitor Advocate with Shoosmiths, based in Edinburgh. Stuart jointly heads the Scottish Dispute Resolution & Litigation team and leads Shoosmiths’ Scottish Restructuring & Insolvency group.
Steven WoodInsolvency Reviewer, ICASSteven is a non-appointment taking licenced insolvency practitioner with more than 20 years of experience within the insolvency profession in Scotland. He rejoined ICAS in November 2024 as an insolvency monitoring reviewer, responsible for ensuring the insolvency practitioners ICAS license remain fit and proper to hold their insolvency licences. He was previously at ICAS for five years in the role of practice support specialist, assisting the ICAS practice community through the effective delivery of practice services and support, with a focus on insolvency matters.
Iain DuffDeputy Agent, Scotland, Bank of EnglandIain joined the Bank in March 2009.After graduating with a BA(Hons) in Applied Economics from Dundee Institute of Technology, now University of Abertay, Dundee, Iain was employed as an economic researcher in various universities throughout the country including Liverpool, St. Andrews and Dundee where his main interests were in macroeconomics and regional economic development.In 1996 Iain joined the Scottish Council for Development and Industry as a Policy Research Officer before being appointed Chief Economist and Policy Manager in 1998.
