The Future of Assurance Report (2010)

"The Future of Assurance" called for the duties of company auditors, directors and non-executives to evolve in order to provide greater transparency and accountability to shareholders and others. The report was produced by a high-level working group comprising investors, preparers, auditors and representatives from the media and academia.
