Event summary
What does it take to do the right thing when the pressure is on?
The chartered accountancy profession is built on the highest standards of ethical judgement, integrity and accountability.
Your CA training develops them, you swear an oath to maintain them, then nurture and rely on them through your career. But factors out of your control can impact your ability to stick to these standards.
Join us to explore how ethical judgement is shaped by your state of mind, organisational culture, psychological safety, and the people around you.
ICAS Deputy President Jonny Jacobs MBE CA and a panel of experts will help you consider what it really takes to make courageous decisions under pressure and why wellbeing matters when ethics are at the heart of your professional life.
You’ll pick up practical solutions to support better decision making and professional standards – to help you and your team.
This event is free to attend, open to ICAS members and students, and non-members, and includes time for networking after the panel discussion.
