Our flagship digital conference - the CA Summit - is open for registration

ICAS’ award-winning three-day virtual conference returns this year, starting on 4 October, giving attendees the opportunity to hear from some of the best and brightest minds on the topics that matter to them.

Register now

Following on from the success of last year’s event, the CA Summit is back in 2022 where attendees can expect to experience an immersive digital conference which brings together business leaders and sector experts from around the world to offer three days of topical debate, thought leadership and expert advice.

This year’s event will take place during a period of continued uncertainty and great change in the world, with conflict in Europe, widespread financial volatility, and many businesses and individuals looking for ways to reduce the harmful impact they have on the environment.

These issues and many others will be covered during the CA Summit as we are joined by some of the leading voices in areas including finance, mental wellbeing, and sustainability, providing attendees with a diverse spectrum of topics and conversations to choose from across the three-day event.

Our speakers this year include:

  • Alastair Campbell, Mental Health Campaigner and Communicator

  • Gin Lalli, Solution based Therapist

  • Dame Stephanie Shirley, Business Pioneer and Philanthropist

  • Elizabeth Uviebinene, Financial Times Columnist

  • Andrew White, Director Leadership, Saïd Business School

Keep an eye out over the coming months for more speaker announcements.

As with previous years, speakers will be grouped into the three overarching themes of Learn, Grow and Inspire.

Learn: Tuesday 4 October, 1-2.30pm BST

What have we learnt from the pandemic?

The first day of the Summit brings together thought leaders and industry experts to share, explore and discuss the changes we have all experienced over the past two and a half years. What have we learnt from such a volatile time – about our society, our planet, our values and purpose and priorities and ourselves? As the dust settles, and we start to get used to a new way of living, how have we changed?

We consider the macro factors that have been accelerated by the pandemic – from economic trends and digital transformation to the quest for net zero – and we discuss how the role of the CA has changed fundamentally as a response to the shifting landscape.

This will be a thought provoking, informative and contemplative session.

Grow: Wednesday 5 October, 1-2.30pm BST

How do we create sustainable, scaleable and successful businesses for the future?

During day two, speakers will examine the changes we can make today to create sustainable, scaleable and successful businesses. We look at the challenges and opportunities facing businesses in 2023 and delve deep into all the elements needed for successful businesses of the future: diversity, mental health, nurturing talent, new ways of leadership, governance, reporting and resilience.

Attendees will have the opportunity to take part in exciting and informative sessions which will inspire action and give the audience ideas and methods to kick start change and embed their values.

Inspire: Thursday 6 October, 1-2.30pm BST

What will businesses of the future look like? Innovation and vision from the thinkers and pioneers reshaping the business landscape.

On the final day of the event, we look into the future as we hear the ideas, predictions and observations of those who continue to power and support the growth of innovative and equitable organisations. What will businesses of the future look like? What skills will their leaders need and how will we work differently?

We share innovation and vision and ask the difficult questions: can the circular economy work? Will we get to net zero? And we look at life in a virtual world: what will the metaverse, Web3 and NFTs mean for business and the role of the CA.

This will be a day of new ideas, exciting innovation and big visions.
