  • ICAS gender pay gap report

    Updated date: 29 September 2026

Under legislation that came into force in April 2017, UK employers who employ more than 250 employees are required to publish their gender pay gap at a snapshot date of 5 April. Gender pay gap reporting is part of the UK government’s strategy to reduce the gender pay gap in a generation. Due to size, ICAS is not legally required to report on gender pay gap, but we have decided to voluntarily publish and take a leading position in supporting the transparency of gender pay.
