Invitation to HMRC Talking Points webinars

HMRC is widening access to its series of Talking Points webinars for tax agents, writes Susan Cattell.

HMRC has been running a trial of Talking Points interactive online sessions, giving agents a chance to hear from, and question, subject matter experts.

Until now, invitations have only been issued to small numbers of agents but HMRC is now ready to extend the invitations more widely.  Topics which have been covered include: Alternative Dispute Resolution; Pensions Auto-Enrolment and Tax Avoidance.

The next session will take place on Friday, 4 December and the subject of the session will be the Office of Tax Simplification – Small Companies Review.  This will be an opportunity to hear from the OTS about its work and give some input to the review.
