What you will learn

E-commerce is now a key business method used by the vast majority of organisations. Consequently there has been a corresponding rapid rise in client demand for guidance on a host of issues and EU legislation continues to be issued on a regular basis.

This course will address the key areas of consumer protection, intellectual property, data protection, general contract principles, website hosting and on-line defamation and seeks to provide a greater understanding of these topics through a series of practical exercises.
