The Consumer Rights Act 2015 is due to come into force in October 2015. Although much of the Act represents a consolidation of existing rules there are a number of significant changes which practitioners need to familiarise themselves with as soon as possible. This on-line course provides an overview of the key issues to note as well as suggesting some practical steps that will need to be taken.
