Hampden & Co | Bankers

Expert banking services for individuals, their families and businesses.

We provide bespoke, expert banking services for ICAS members and their clients.

Reduced arrangement fee on family or guarantor mortgages

As Spring approaches and we gradually emerge from lockdown, many people are turning their thoughts to buying a new home.  For younger ICAS members, this may mean buying your first home.

We understand that rising property prices can make it difficult to buy a property in your preferred location.  A Family or Guarantor Mortgage may give you more flexibility to buy where you would like, rather than where you can afford, as it offers a way for family members to provide support.

There are different ways to arrange a Family or Guarantor Mortgage and as an ICAS member, you can benefit from a reduced arrangement fee on an application received before the end of April 2021.

Banking Director Clare Ansell would be delighted to talk to you about the various options and to see how we can help.  To take advantage of this offer, please contact Clare on 0131 297 0193 or via email.

Borrow money

We lend to individuals, families and commercial entities, specialising in complex lending. Typical services include:

  • Residential mortgages, buy-to-let mortgages, multi-property mortgages, family (guarantor) mortgages and secured overdrafts

Deposit money

Unlike some banks, we pay interest on non-personal deposit accounts (businesses, trusts, other structures) as well as personal accounts. Contact us for attractive rates of interest without the need to move bank. Typical services include:

  • Call (Instant Access) accounts, 95 Day Notice accounts, term accounts

Day-to-day banking

We offer a broad range of services to keep the management of day-to-day finances simple:

  • Banking facilities for businesses, current accounts arranged with unsecured or secured overdrafts, contactless debit and charge cards, foreign currency accounts and foreign exchange. Our Current Account Switch Service makes transferring simple

Digital banking

Our personal service is complemented by online banking and mobile apps which enable simple and convenient access to your account and transactions.
