Calling Potential Mentors in Glasgow!

Students studying

Since 2013, the ICAS Foundation has supported more than 170 academically talented young students from disadvantaged communities to attend and progress through university while studying accountancy and finance.

The Foundation’s mentorship programme is critical to this support, with volunteer mentors sharing their experiences to provide encouragement and a sounding board for student queries.

The ICAS Foundation has recently awarded 33 bursaries for students starting university in September 2019. We need your help to ensure each and every student in receipt of financial support from the Foundation also receive mentor support to help them reach their full potential.

One ICAS member has commented on the benefits they have received from mentoring with the ICAS Foundation:

This was an experience and a relationship I have also benefited from so much [and] is a fantastic opportunity for CAs to give something back to the communities in which they work.
