Notice of ICAS Special General Meeting
A Special General Meeting of ICAS Members will be held online on Monday 30 November 2020 at 2pm GMT.
Notice of the meeting was issued to all eligible Members on 2 November by email or by post (depending on contact preference).
The business of the meeting will be to consider, and if thought fit, approve resolutions in respect of the following:
- Amendments to the Rules and General Regulations including :
- The appointment of Office Bearers.
- The removal, resignation and suspension of Council members from office
- virtual general meetings
- Following on from the above, a latitude provision allowing Council to accept any alteration to the above which may be required by Privy Council or a regulator.
Due to the continuing government restrictions on gatherings, this Special General Meeting will be an online event but Members will be able to participate simultaneously from the safety of their own home. Details of how to register and obtain joining instructions are available here:

As ICAS is following government advice on homeworking, limited technical support will be available, therefore in order to avoid any unexpected systems problems that might affect your ability to vote at the meeting Members are urged to vote in advance, either online or by postal proxy.
