Power of One: New Zealand
Select ticket type
We are hosting a seminar for our New Zealand based members and other interested professionals, on the 'Importance of Being Ethical'.
Our guest speaker is Nick Dangerfield; Nick works in the training arena, teaching governance, ethics and financial management, and will discuss the ‘The Power of One’ campaign. Launched by ICAS in November 2015, the aim of the campaign is to help re-establish ethics at the core of business practices and to rebuild public trust in business.
Through their ethical behaviour, CAs are a force for good in the organisations in which they work. They can also influence those around them, and thereby help shape the culture and values of their organisation.
The cumulative effect of CA influence can help reinforce the importance of ethics at the core of business practices, including a more responsible and holistic approach to business. In this way, CAs are a key component of building public trust in business, to the benefit of our broader society.
The interactive seminar will be followed by drinks and nibbles, and provide an opportunity to connect with other attendees.
The attendee list for this event is exclusively available to CAs.
