Invest in future talent with ICAS’ Level 7 Accounting Apprenticeship

Our Level 7 English Apprenticeship provides employers with the ideal opportunity to invest in future accounting talent.

The Level 7 Accounting Apprenticeship is a funded* scheme available to all employers in England. It is a great way for employers to tap into a diverse talent pipeline, while also giving people the opportunity to train as accountants.

Working with our partner employers, ICAS delivers a training programme that is tailored to the individual needs of each organization, and all Level 7 apprentices earn their highly respected CA qualification when successfully completing our programme.

Chartered Accountants are respected and employed throughout the business world. By choosing to work with ICAS, you will be shaping the future of the accountancy profession and investing in upskilling a new generation of accounting professionals.

The Level 7 Apprenticeship in Accounting is the ideal route for graduates across any discipline wishing to enter the accounting profession. It is also the perfect progression point for anyone who has completed their level 4 in accounting.

Why train through ICAS

The ICAS CA is an internationally renowned qualification preparing future accountants to become business leaders and opening doors to an exciting and varied career.

ICAS has its roots in Scotland but is a recognised and respected institution across the UK and beyond.

We work with our partner employers across industry and practice to provide a work-study traineeship for graduates, school leavers and apprentices.

We are a small organisation, allowing us to work in an agile way with employers and providing personalised and high-quality learning and teaching. As the oldest professional body of accountants, we have a proud history of shaping the direction of accountancy and incorporating change into our teaching.

In turn, we are shaped by the changes unfolding in industry. We always strive to listen and respond, and our new syllabus reflects feedback from our partner employers on the skills accountants need in this rapidly changing environment.
