Our coaching partner Leading Figures, have a wealth of experience in helping professionals develop their career, whether it is a promotion to the next level, preparing for and taking on a top leadership role or achieving a balance between work and life that best suits the individual.
Leading Figures are offering two free ‘taster’ group coaching sessions to ICAS members, covering the following themes:
Session 1: Developing the Mindset for Supercharging your Career
16 May 2023, 12 - 1pm (BST)
Session 2: Practical Actions for Supercharging your Career
18 May 2023, 12 - 1pm (BST)
Both sessions will be undertaken virtually over Zoom and will last 1 hour.

Free taster Coaching sessions
After these group sessions delegates can engage with one of the Leading Figures’ coaches to take advantage of a free 45 minute virtual 1:1 session to reflect on their learning and key actions from the taster sessions.
Note: this offer is available to the first 10 delegates on a first-come first-serve basis.
ICAS members have the option to purchase additional coaching sessions at a 15% discount to Leading Figures’ standard coaching rates.
