Jared Kleinert: Empowering millennials to influence change

The millennial Generation Y have graduated from the students and start-up interns of the last decade to today's CEOs, leading innovators and political leaders. How will the world of work adapt and how can millennials capitalise on their potential?

Dubbed the 'Definition of Social Entrepreneur' by Forbes at the tender age of 17, Jared Kleinert has lived his fair share of the stereotypical millennial story. With two failed start-ups under his belt and a wealth of experience in Gen Y workplace culture, he founded Kleinert Ventures to specialise in helping companies attract and retain the young talent that they need to stay competitive.

Now 22, Jared shares his views on why now is the time for young people and new ideas to exercise their power.
