Entries open for Finance for the Future Awards
Entries are now open for the 2015 Finance for the Future Awards.
The Finance for the Future Awards recognise organisations that have developed successful business models to deliver both financial returns as well as environmental and social benefits. A Scottish heat, endorsed by ICAS, is taking place for the first time this year.
Entrants representing the SME and Innovative New Ideas categories will be invited to present their initiatives and demonstrate those that have resulted in, or have the potential to result in, positive long-term financial, environmental, social and economic outcomes for their business, their stakeholders and the wider community.
The Scottish finalists will be announced at the heat hosted by the
University of Edinburgh Business School on Tuesday 23 June 2015. The successful
finalists will also go through to the judging day and present to a panel
of judges in London on Friday 4 September 2015.
Anne Adrain, ICAS Assistant Director Sustainability and Assurance said: "If you think that your organisation, or idea, exemplifies how to deliver positive long-term financial, social and environmental impacts for business and the local community, then we want to hear from you."
The deadline for the submission of applications is 15 May 2015.
The Finance for the Future Awards were launched by ICAEW and The Prince's Accounting for Sustainability Project (A4S) in 2012.
