Are there any aspects of UK company law which you believe could be improved? This is your opportunity to have your say.

ICAS will be contributing to a Department for Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS) roundtable to consider areas of improvement in company law.

This is part of continuous improvement of the UK's business environment as well as the government's commitment to deregulation and to find out if there is more BIS can do to support companies and promote growth.

Ideas may include where technology could make things simpler or where the government's approach to oversight and enforcement could be improved. Perhaps there are also areas which require clarification.

The focus of the sessions will be the company law framework, so any proposals for tax or employment law, for example, will not be for these discussions.
