Kerrie Murray CA joins Pryme Group as CFO

Kerrie Murray CA has been named Chief Financial Officer of Pryme Group, the turnkey service for global contract manufacturing.

Kerrie joins from Forum Energy Technologies where she worked for almost 10 years, most recently in the role of Director of International Finance. Previously, she was an Assistant Manager with Deloitte. Kerrie qualified as a CA in 2008 and was featured in the ICAS Top 100 Young CAs 2018.

Royal Bank of Scotland CFO and Executive Director steps down

Ewen Stevenson, CFO and Executive Director at RBS, has announced his intention to leave the bank and "take up an opportunity elsewhere". He will remain will RBS for the foreseeable future to oversee a handover of responsibilities.

Ewen joined RBS in 2014, shortly after the appointment of Ross McEwan as Chief Executive. He previously spent 25 years at Credit Suisse Group.

EY appoints new Director of Tax Technology and Transformation

Eleanor MacDonald has moved to EY in the role of Director in the Tax Technology and Transformation team.

She has over a decade's experience in the tax sphere and consultation. Prior to this appointment, she was Senior Manager in Tax Consulting at Deloitte.

Eleanor commented: "Now is a really exciting time in tax technology. Rapid advances in technologies such as artificial intelligence, combined with increasing volumes of data and falling technology costs are radically transforming the world of business, making the benefits of automation and analytics far more accessible."

KPMG names London Head of Trusts in Private Client practice

Krista Woodman joins KPMG as Head of Trusts for the firm's Private Client practice in London.

She brings over four years' experience from her previous role at Smith & Williamson as Partner and Head of Cheltenham Private Client Tax Services. She has also worked with RBC Wealth Management and PwC in the past.

Kreston Reeves announce new Corporate Finance Partner

Kreston Reeves has welcomed Jack Clipsham as Corporate Finance Partner. The firm also announced a merger with Surrey-based corporate finance boutique SamCorp.

Jack, who had previously been operating as an Independent Corporate Finance adviser, said: "These developments signal Kreston Reeves’ commitment to grow its Corporate Finance services across all its offices. I'm excited to be joining the firm and being part of the team that further develops its Corporate Finance offering."
