Ross Paterson CA named Non-Executive Director of Unite
Ross Paterson CA has been appointed as Non-Executive Director of student accommodation provider Unite Group. He also currently operates as Finance Director of Stagecoach Group.
Ross is an expert in complex operational finance and is a Non-Executive Director and Audit Committee Chair at Virgin Rail Group Holdings Limited. He qualified as a CA with Arthur Andersen in 1996 and sits on the ICAS Business Policy Committee.
He said: "Unite Group has a strong track record in a fast-growing industry. I am excited to be joining the Board of Unite as it looks to build further on its success to date."

Mobeus announces new appointments in portfolio management
Mobeus Equity Partners have hired Ed Wass and Jane Reoch CA to their portfolio management team as part of an expansion initiative.
Jane qualified as a CA in 2005 and joins Mobeus from Panoramic Growth Equity where she was an Investment Director. Ed was previously Chief Investment Officer at Catapult Ventures.

Crowe Horwath International appoints new CEO
David Mellor has been announced as the new CEO of Crowe Horwath International.
He joins the firm from Crowe Clark Whitehill, an independent member of Crowe Horwath International and an LLP, where he has been CEO for four years. Prior to his time with that firm, he worked with PKF International and KPMG. David is an ICAEW chartered accountant.

JP Morgan names new Chief Executive (EMEA)
He joined the company from Lehman Brothers in 2000 and has most recently been operating as Deputy CEO for the EMEA business.
Vis is also expected to be appointed as CEO of JP Morgan Securities plc.
