Ross Sloan CA joins Craig Corporate
Ross Sloan CA has joined consultancy and corporate finance boutique Craig Corporate.
Ross will work across the firm's range of advisory services, supporting privately owned businesses and equity-investment houses.
Before joining Craig Corporate Ross worked in EY Assurance where he advised clients on their audit processes and supported businesses disrupted by technology.
New Tax Partner hired at RSM
RSM has announced Kal Sangha will join the firm as a new Corporate Tax Partner.
Kal Sangha joins RSM from KPMG where he was a Director in the tax team.

LexisNexis appoints new MD
Steve Elliot has been named as Managing Director of UK Business Services at LexisNexis.
Steve joins the information solutions provider from resourcing and consultancy firm Huntswood, where he also served as Managing Director.
His previous roles include chairman of the ABI Anti-Fraud committee and Detective Inspector in the Royal Hong Kong Police force within the Commercial Crime Bureau.
Steve said: "I look forward to seeing the UK team achieve new successes and continue to provide market-leading solutions to our customers.”
Kraft Heinz names new CEO
Miguel Patricio has been appointed CEO of the Kraft Heinz company effective July 1 2019.
He will join the company after more than twenty years at Anheuser-Busch InBev (AB InBev), where he served as part of the Executive Leadership team.
Miguel will succeed Bernardo Hees, who will remain CEO through June 30, 2019.
Miguel said: “It will be a privilege and an honour to lead such a talented group of employees as we focus on the consumer to capitalise on the growth opportunities that exist in the rapidly evolving food industry.”
Highland Natural Resources hires new FD
Highlands, the natural resources company, ha announced that Nick Tulloch has been appointed to the Board as Finance Director and Company Secretary.
Nick is expected to join Highlands in the second quarter of 2019 succeeding Melvyn Davies.
Nick is currently Managing Director at Cantor Fitzgerald Europe's corporate finance department and has previously held senior positions at several other investment banks and stockbrokers.
