The former Global Chairman and UK CEO of Deloitte, John Connolly, has partnered with HgCapital to create CogitalGroup, a new accounting body.
John will operate as Chairman and oversee the growth of the firm through acquisitions with a focus on high net worth clients and entrepreneurial businesses. CogitalGroup has already taken over London firm Blick Rothenberg, a niche player with annual fee income of £25m.
John commented: “We plan to build a different kind of advisory business with an exceptional level of innovative, client focused service.
"Delivering high value service to our clients will be an obsession.
