Your new digital tax magazine. Coming soon…
6 April 2017 is a big day.
Yes, it’s the start of the new tax year, statutory redundancy pay increases and the new Lifetime ISA comes in to effect.
But that’s not all: 6 April is the day CA Tax launches.
Developed for the ICAS Tax Community, CA Tax is a digital magazine designed to alert you to important tax issues and inform you of the ICAS tax team’s activities, such as their input into policy-making and course information.
From changes to salary sacrifice, the latest on making tax digital and insight into where a career in tax can take you, the first edition of CA Tax is packed with the latest news and views from the world of tax.
Members who have indicated an interest in tax will start receiving CA Tax Magazine from Thursday, 6 April. If your preferences have changed, simply login to your ICAS account and update your details to stop receiving this.
Alternatively, if you are not receiving CA Tax, but would like to, then update your member preferences indicating an interest in tax.
We want CA Tax to be an indispensable resource for you, but to achieve this we need your feedback. What would you like us to cover in this magazine? What articles did you like? What do you want to see more of? What do you want to see less of? Send us your comments, so we can tailor CA Tax to your professional needs.
The annual ICAS Tax Conference will be held at the Radisson Blu in Edinburgh on 23 May 2017. Keynote speakers at this flagship event are Edward Troup, Executive Chair and Permanent Secretary, HMRC and Derek Mackay, MSP Cabinet Secretary for Finance and the Constitution.
The conference will provide an unparalleled opportunity for you to network with some of the most influential professionals in tax.
