Jeff Bezos, CEO of Amazon.com, tells us about the importance of decisions we make.

It's fair to say that Amazon has changed the world of retail forever. The man behind the idea that built the economic empire, however, claims that it wasn't intelligence that made him into a success story, but the decisions he made along the way.

The character of an executive is, according to Jeff, not decided by their talents. Leaders are thought of in terms of their choices and the best are remembered kindly.
