About the role
The Finance Manager will be responsible for all aspects of financial control at Cala, including the preparation of four-year forecasts for a particular region, year-end profits, projections for the cash, monthly management accounts and work on weekly cash flow reports. The individual will also ensure balance sheet controls are in place and a monthly control file is maintained, as well as ensure compliance with regulations are met involving VAT, along with other relevant accounting standards.

They will also be business partner focused with the ability to influence at all levels, building strong long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
