About the role
Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity, for a highly competent, enthusiastic, and inspirational leader to join our Corporate Management Team as Finance Director. The post holder will play a key role in ensuring the continued success of the Association by providing strategic and financial planning, management, and control. You will work closely with the CEO and the two other members of the Corporate Management Team to ensure the successful delivery of our vision, values and strategic objectives. The post holder will provide positive leadership and support to the Finance and ICT department. We are ambitious and want a candidate with the vision to match.
About the individual
Applicants should also come to us:
- Well qualified and possessing high levels of technical skills
- With a broad understanding of the current housing sector issues in Scotland
- Experienced in dealing with governance issues, including servicing Boards/Committees
- Possessing excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex financial information to a wide range of non-finance audiences
