Notice of Election for ICAS Office Bearers and Council Members
The Council has nominated as candidates for election as Office Bearers:
- Mike McKeon as President,
- Catherine Burnet as Deputy President, and
- David Cruickshank as Vice President
to hold office from the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting on 26 April 2019.
Nominations of candidates for election as Office Bearers, other than those nominated by the Council, should be made in writing, signed by 50 members and lodged with Frances Horsburgh, the ICAS Secretary on or before Friday, 15 March 2019.
Each nomination must be accompanied by a letter from the candidate confirming their willingness to serve if elected.
Nomination forms can be requested by emailing Frances Horsburgh, the ICAS Secretary.

Electoral Area Members
There are four Electoral Area seats for election in 2019.
The 2019 Electoral Area vacancies are set out below. Members who have, or are deemed to have, a place of business within an electoral area where vacancies arise are eligible to be elected to represent that area. In the absence of a designated business address members who have a home address within the electoral area are eligible to be elected.
Members elected to Council for the first time will serve for four years. Members elected to Council for a second term will serve for three years.

There are two open seat vacancies arising at the 2019 elections.
Election process of Electoral Area or Open Seat Members
A communication with a link to the online nomination process shall be issued to members shortly. Alternatively, a Nomination Form may be obtained by emailing Frances Horsburgh, the ICAS Secretary.
Notice of ICAS AGM 2019
Members are advised that the ICAS Annual General Meeting will be held on Friday, 26 April 2019 in Edinburgh.
The formal notice calling the meeting shall be issued in due course.
